Rocky Mountain Raclette was founded in 2015 by Chef/Owner Kathryn Matthews.  Tired of the same restaurants and private chef options, she created a fully catered, interactive dinner party with tabletop Raclette grills.  Raclette was the perfect option with something for everyone: grilling meats, seafood, veggies, melted cheese, and dessert!  The concept behind Raclette is not just about the delicious food, but also the memories made grilling around the dinner table with friends and family.

Besides hosting the grill dinners, Rocky Mountain Raclette has catered many social events.  You may have seen us at Vail and Beaver Creek Oktoberfest, Beaver Creek Culinary Weekend, Aspen Food and Wine Classic, Beaver Creek Zusammen, and other local events and festivals.
